Two Amigurumi Creatures

This pattern is for two adorable amigurumi creatures - a bird and a whale. Experiment with different fibres - acrylic, cotton, and blends - to personalize these fellas any way you like, but several specific yarn suggestions are included in the pattern.  Amigurumi is easy and fun, and the general techniques and materials you need are outlined in the pattern, but these 2 creatures can be made with just yarn and fibrefill stuffing - no specific equipment is required. The photos show plastic safety eyes being used, but you can embroider eyes as well, and I recommend this if choking hazards are a concern.
